1. Our Comfort Guarantee: Returns & Exchanges
We extend a 14-day Comfort Guarantee from the date your order is delivered, allowing you ample time to ensure your new bedding harmonizes with your space. To uphold our standards of hygiene and quality for all our esteemed customers, items considered for return or exchange must meet the following criteria:
•Pristine Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
•Original Presentation: Please ensure all original packaging, labels, and tags remain intact.
•Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is essential for us to process your request efficiently.
A Note on Personal Well-being:
Given the intimate nature of bedding, certain items are designated as final sale once their original sealed packaging has been opened. This includes mattress protectors and pillow protectors. We can only accept returns on these specific items if they remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed state, or if a manufacturing defect is identified upon arrival.
2. Should Imperfection Arise: Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Every piece from Duvet & Pillows Kenya undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an item different from what you selected, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
