Our Return Promise
We want you to love your bedding. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange if it’s unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please have your receipt or order number ready.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened mattress protectors, pillow protectors, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at duvetpillowske@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
3. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Email us at duvetpillowske@gmail.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RAN visible on the box.
Step 3: Ship it to: Duvet & Pillows Kenya Returns, Titan Complex, Chaka Road, Kilimani, Nairobi.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
For M-Pesa or bank transfers, please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
